Refund policy

Request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Include your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email latifalilollc@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and confirm the return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Return shipping and fees

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, including returns for size or color preference. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Keep your shipping receipt and consider a tracked service so the return can be located.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and a description of the issue, with photos if available. If the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or return and cover the necessary return shipping. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved.

Exchanges and cancellations

To request another size or color, contact us about returning the original item and placing a new order. Replacement items are subject to availability. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not remove any cancellation, return, repair or refund rights that apply by law. Where a mandatory local right offers greater protection, that right applies.
